A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a grill cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing our meats. You will be keeping our supply of steak and chicken fresh and ready for our customers to enjoy. Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items. Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients. Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed. This may also include any other duties, as needed, to assist in the restaurant's operation
What You’ll Need
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.

What You’ll Need
- At least 16 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Restaurant experience preferred
