Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server located in Sebastian, FL. The Food Server will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing a pleasant dining experience. Additional duties may include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the service areas, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide a friendly and engaging dining experience
- Experience in Food & Beverage services and Food Service operations
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently
- Basic Cooking knowledge or experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
