* Maintain and update customer requirements and account information in database/operating systems, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP software.
* Respond to customer and sales force inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and courteous service.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum three years' experience in a Customer Service role, dealing directly with customers and internal departments via phone and email.
* Experience with overseas shipping and working with freight forwarders is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to high-volume incoming orders and inquiries.
