Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of experience working with MNsure.

Two (2) years of experience advising leadership with regard to proposed legislation, policies, and programs demonstrating the following:

- Telework (Within Minnesota or Neighboring States within 50 miles of MNsure's office) and Flexible Hours Options Are Available.
- This position is primarily telework. Applicants must have the ability to occasionally attend legislative activities held at the Minnesota State Capitol.
Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of experience working with MNsure.

Two (2) years of experience advising leadership with regard to proposed legislation, policies, and programs demonstrating the following:
- Accurate interpretation and communication of the policies, procedures, and statutes governing the agency.
- Understanding of the overall structure and operations of the state government and legislative process.
- Experience conducting policy and data analysis.
- Experience working with a diverse clientele including the commitment to equity and diversity in the work environment.
- Effective oral and written communication sufficient to correspond clearly and professionally with private and public entities, groups, and organizations, both internal and external.
- Experience with governmental business practices dealing with administrative policies and procedures on a legislative level.
- Experience with public speaking.
