Position Summary
MNS General Contracting Corp is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist with daily office operations and client communications. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, coordinate appointments, manage project communications, and help maintain a positive experience for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule estimates, inspections, and project appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and service questions
- Maintain customer records, job files, and office documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, and subcontractors regarding scheduling and customer concerns
- Prepare and send estimates, invoices, contracts, and follow-up communications
- Assist with permit paperwork, warranty documentation, and administrative tasks
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Support office operations and assist management as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Construction or general contracting industry experience is a plus
