Position Summary

MNS General Contracting Corp is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist with daily office operations and client communications. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, coordinate appointments, manage project communications, and help maintain a positive experience for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule estimates, inspections, and project appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and service questions
  • Maintain customer records, job files, and office documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, crews, and subcontractors regarding scheduling and customer concerns
  • Prepare and send estimates, invoices, contracts, and follow-up communications
  • Assist with permit paperwork, warranty documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Support office operations and assist management as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Construction or general contracting industry experience is a plus
