We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Food Service / Sandwich Artist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Duties
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of food prep areas and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and manage retail sales transactions.
- Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support quick service by efficiently bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience in food handling, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is important.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Background in culinary arts or restaurant service will help you excel in this role.
