About the role of a Maintenance Technician:
Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment and Facility as Required
Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
Job Functions of a Manufacturing Equipment Operator:
- Perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.
- All tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ability to read schematics and experience with PLC Programs.
- Maintain all preventative maintenance records, documents as per QMS requirements.
- Permanently Identify all equipment and maintain records.
- Ensure Facility is kept clean and free of debris.
- Ensure that Safety Energy Controls are present on all applicable equipment and functioning.
- Report all Safety Nonconformance's to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Daily Press PM checks/record findings.

Additional skills and/or experience required for success in the role of a Maintenance Technician:
- High School Graduate/ or Equivalent
- Machine Repair Experience
- Knowledge of OSHA Requirements
- Knowledge of Electronics
- Knowledge of Hydraulics
- Knowledge of Pneumatics
- Hi-Lo experience and certification
