What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Residential House Cleaner position at MNM Cleaning Services?
We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated team member to join our growing residential cleaning company serving Rutherford County.
Position Details:
- Hours: 34–45 hours per week (consistent)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Optional: Additional weekend hours available
- Pay: Weekly (every Thursday)
- Start Date: Immediate
Requirements:
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be pet-friendly (most clients have pets; no allergies)
- Residential cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable and team-oriented
About the Role:
- Work in teams of 3–4
- All cleaning supplies are provided
- 95% of jobs are located within Rutherford County
- Daily schedules may vary based on client bookings
