Our Greenhouse team provides more than 2 million native perennials annually to residential gardeners, landscape contractors, retail garden centers, and commercial customers.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Seasonal Greenhouse Fulfillment Technician to support wholesale order preparation through October. Start and end dates are flexible based on availability.
This role works under the direction of our Greenhouse Wholesale & Delivery Fulfillment Lead and focuses on assembling plant orders with accuracy, staging, and loading materials. On occasion, you may also be asked to assist with delivering orders to customers within a 3-hour radius.
This is a hands-on role where team members are responsible for ensuring orders are accurate, properly loaded, and delivered (if applicable) safely and professionally.
Weekend coverage availability is strongly preferred as part of a staggered schedule to support seven-day plant care operations.
What You Will Do
Experience in greenhouse, nursery, landscaping, agriculture, warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, or other hands-on plant-related environments preferred. Basic familiarity with plant quality and handling, including the ability to identify well-formed, presentable plant material for customer orders preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that combines fulfillment and physical labor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience operating larger transport vehicles such as box trucks used for deliveries preferred. Strong reliability and ability to work full shifts that may extend beyond a standard 8-hour day.

What You Will Do
- Utilize order sheets to assemble plant orders accurately.
- Select plants that meet quality, health, and presentations standards.
- Apply finishing touches to ensure plants are customer ready.
- Stage and organize orders for efficient loading and delivery.
- Load trucks safely, ensuring orders are secure and accurate.
- Maintain organized, efficient fulfillment and loading workspaces.
- Follow daily work direction from Fulfillment Leads and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Support greenhouse production or facilities activities as needed.
- Availability that allows for regular weekend work is highly desired.
- Ability to perform physical labor in greenhouse and outdoor conditions.
