Job Description
MNI Landscapes is hiring ONE dependable laborer for projects in and near Oneida, TN. This position is for someone who is ready to work, shows up on time every day, and can handle physically demanding outdoor labor.
This is not a casual or temporary gig. If you are unreliable, dislike hard work, or struggle with attendance, this is not the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Heavy manual labor on landscaping and hardscaping projects
- Moving materials, loading/unloading, grading, gravel work, and site prep
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Following directions and maintaining job site efficiency
- Working full shifts without constant supervision
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Oneida is REQUIRED
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs repeatedly
- Must be physically capable of hard labor for 8 hours
- Must show up on time, every scheduled day
- Must be able to work without phone distractions
- Landscaping or construction experience is preferred, but not required
