What You'll Do As An Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative:
- Identify and reach out to eligible individuals and households for our client's telecommunications offerings.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine program eligibility and guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Educate customers on available telecommunications services, promotions, and cost-saving options.
- Assist with completing and submitting required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, including follow-ups and enrollment status.
- Build trust-based relationships, providing ongoing support and answering client questions.
- Meet enrollment and performance goals while ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Act as a professional and knowledgeable Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative for the company and client.
Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Great communicator who can connect with people easily.
- Self-motivated, positive, and ready to make an impact.
- Comfortable with basic tech and learning new tools (CRM experience a plus).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
