The primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, initiating outreach to potential clients, and nurturing client relationships to drive sales growth. The role involves supporting the sales team by generating and managing leads while collaborating with the business development team to execute strategies for company growth.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Exceptional Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Financial Services experience helpful, specifically credit unions
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role is advantageous
- Prefer MBA, open to those with equivalent experience
