Role Description
This is a full-time in-person role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The role involves providing mental health and behavioral health services, conducting assessments, creating care plans, and offering therapeutic support to clients, children, and teens. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will also coordinate case management tasks, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for clients' well-being.
Qualifications
- Must work in person in the Worcester, Massachusetts office
- Must work with kids and teens
- Strong expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work practices
- Proficiency in Case Management, including coordinating client services and resources
- Experience addressing Mental Health and Behavioral Health challenges in diverse populations
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in applicable states
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to provide empathetic and culturally competent care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
