Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for EMTs and Paramedics located in Youngstown, OH. Team members provide safe and efficient pre-hospital and interfacility patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring under established medical protocols. Daily responsibilities include responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, operating and maintaining ambulances and equipment, documenting patient care accurately, and communicating clearly with dispatch, healthcare providers, and facility staff. EMTs and Paramedics collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality patient experiences, follow all safety and compliance standards, and participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Current state certification/licensure as an EMT or Paramedic; BLS required, ACLS/PALS or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, basic and advanced life support, and safe patient movement and transport.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, including clear documentation, professional interaction with patients and families, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to operate and care for ambulances and medical equipment, with adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to meet company and state driving requirements.
• Capacity to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting and moving patients, and remaining calm in high-pressure situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional EMS or healthcare education is beneficial.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, reliability in attendance and punctuality, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
