We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in repairing, sealing, and maintaining concrete floors. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete repair and surface preparation or be willing to learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patching and surface repair of concrete floors
- Conduct joint edge repairs for damaged or worn concrete joints
- Clean and seal concrete surfaces
- Fill control joints with approved sealants or fillers
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
