Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant (On-Site; not work from home)
Location: Belle Mead, NJ 08502
We are a busy Title Insurance and Settlement Agency based in New Jersey, currently operating in NJ, PA, and recently licensed in NY. We are also in the Real Estate Brokerage business and Mortgage business. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who can also provide administrative support. This is an on-site position .
Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience required):
- Managing bank deposits
- Mailing checks
- Performing account reconciliations
- General bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Administrative Support:
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Mailing documents and disbursing incoming mail
- Assisting with general office organization and support tasks
- Supporting Leadership with administrative support with projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
