Your Impact
- Program prove‑outs, offset adjustments, and on‑control edits that turn CAM into reality
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mill‑turns, and 3/4/5‑axis mills for repeatable quality
- Decipher intricate prints and GD&T; translate them into practical machining strategies
- Inspect with precision tools; take swift corrective action to protect tolerances
- Keep equipment and work areas orderly; complete essential preventive maintenance
- Collaborate across production, engineering, maintenance, and quality
Bring These Strengths
- High school diploma/GED, plus machining coursework or 2 years of CNC experience
- Track record machining medium‑to‑high complexity parts
- Expertise in blueprint reading and GD&T
- Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and indicators; CMM experience is a bonus
- Ability to follow procedures, adapt to change, and run multiple machines
- Strong math fundamentals; deep knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
- Direct experience on 4‑axis HMCs and/or lathe/mill‑turn platforms
Choose Your Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM with a 10% shift differential
- Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM with a 30% shift differential
