Property Management & Guest Services Team Member
Location: Odessa, TX | Work Type: In-Person
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available
Become a valued member of our Odessa-area property management team! We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to help maintain exceptional guest experiences across our properties. This role supports daily property operations, including guest check-ins, cleaning, stocking, inventory management, and maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor guest needs and support check-in processes
- Prepare, clean, and maintain guest suites and common areas
- Perform housekeeping duties including:
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Changing linens and restocking towels and amenities
- Laundry services
- Ensuring all surfaces are sanitized according to standard procedures
- Support inventory management, restocking, and supply organization
- Assist with maintenance call-outs and operational support
- Maintain properties in a clean, organized, and inviting condition at all times

Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members
- Positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with guests and coworkers
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Odessa, TX area
