We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and supporting a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and brand standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to ensure quality, cleanliness, and readiness for guest arrival.
- Train, schedule, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain productivity and high performance.
- Assist with room cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care as needed.
- Utilize tech platforms such as Quore to track work orders, cleaning inspections, quarterly projects.
- Develop and follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment; ensure proper use and adequate stock levels.
- Report and follow up on maintenance, safety, and repair issues promptly.
- Address guest concerns and special requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth room turnover.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory is required.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, floor care, and housekeeping best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
