Full-Time | Mornings | $18–$22/hr (DOE)
MMP Group LLC is seeking Manager Assistants to support our Regional Managers in maintaining compliance, organization, and structure within our trauma-informed Qualified Residential Treatment Programs located in San Tan and East Mesa.
The Manager Assistant serves as the administrative backbone of their assigned home—responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing meetings, assisting with staff communication, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks for the assigned home, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain professional organization of home files, staff forms, and youth records.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up actions, and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
- Support Managers with audits, staff coverage coordination, and operational updates.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Monitor task completion and compliance with licensing, DCS, and internal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong attendance and reliability — consistency is essential in this role.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong writing and documentation ability with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital forms.
- Must be articulate, professional, and adaptable in communication and presentation.
- Prior experience in behavioral health, administration, or residential programs preferred.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health, group home, or similar setting.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (must be current or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
- Clean MVD record with valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attendance, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and documentation skills.
- Computer-proficient (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital forms).
- Must be articulate, professional, and detail-oriented in all interactions.

Pay: $21.62 per hour
