We're looking for experienced, dependable Residential Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, communicate professionally, and can confidently complete a wide variety of residential repairs.

If you're the type of technician who can walk into a home, diagnose the problem, make quality repairs, and leave the customer satisfied, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential maintenance work orders
• Diagnose repair issues and recommend practical solutions
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining a professional appearance
• Upload clear job photos and documentation
• Communicate with office staff regarding job status
• Represent MMLE professionally in occupied and vacant homes

Experience Preferred

We are looking for technicians with experience in one or more of the following:

• General Residential Maintenance
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Roofing
• Water Intrusion Diagnostics
• Drywall & Painting
• Carpentry
• Doors & Windows
• Flooring
• Appliance Installation & Repairs
• Property Turns / Make Ready
• Punch List Repairs

Requirements

• Residential maintenance experience required
• Must own your own tools
• Reliable truck or transportation required
• Valid driver's license
• Smartphone for work order communication and photo documentation
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas

Pay: From $200.00 per day
