Position Summary
The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations at The Driskill, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet/catering services. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining high service standards, and leading a large, dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and banquet operations
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to grow F&B profitability
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers and service teams
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and culinary programming
- Oversee service standards to ensure luxury guest experiences
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Partner with the sales and events teams for group dining and large-scale events
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service and offerings
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality
- Experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or resort environments preferred
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Proven ability to lead large teams and multiple outlets
- Knowledge of beverage programs including wine, cocktails, and bar operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Experience managing high-volume banquet or event operations
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and POS platforms
