Role Description The Business Solutions Consultant is a full-time role based in Urbandale, IA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, analyzing current business processes, and recommending tailored MMIT solutions that enhance efficiency and growth. Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, conducting assessments, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams on solution design and implementation. The consultant will drive sales opportunities, manage projects from discovery through delivery, and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in team meetings and training sessions are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client environments, interpret data, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing business in B2B environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site client visits throughout central IA and remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with IT services, document management, or office equipment solutions is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to building long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
