Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects
- Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability. Required Skills
Qualifications include:
- 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M )
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software
