Position Summary
The Client Service Liaison serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role supports the advisory team by managing client communications, scheduling, and administrative and operational tasks to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage incoming communications via phone and email
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, maintaining the firm’s calendar
- Prepare client documents and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client files
- Coordinate with team members to support client service initiatives
- Handle general administrative duties, including mail distribution and office supplies management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational abilities, attention to detail, self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with or ability to learn:
- CRM systems (We use Redtail)
- Adobe editor
- Canva
- Kit
- Teachable
- Calendly
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
- Foreign language fluency is a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, operations or an administrative role, preferably in financial services
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Occasional standing and walking within the office
- Manage office; spot clean; stock supplies
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
