Miller Miller Gerber is a boutique law firm currently seeking a driven, energetic, qualified Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of complex litigation experience to join our growing practice. Miller Miller Gerber primarily focuses on providing clients with legal counsel, guidance, and advice in the areas of business law, both in litigation as well as transactional matters, employment law, and in defending personal injury claims.
Associates should have the experience and know how to run a full case, from inception to close. We at Miller Miller Gerber believe that our associates should be given the opportunity to participate in all facets of the litigation process, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pre-trial motions, and preparing for trial. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
