Location: Presque Isle, ME
Schedule: June-August (Approx. 10 weeks, project length)

Role Description/Project:
We are currently hiring a rising junior/rising senior to work with both our Accounting team and People and Engagement team on a 10-week project. In this role you will work with our Accounting team to update the Majesco vendor management system to ensure the Company’s compliance with tax regulations. The opportunity would be focused on 1099 Vendor Management and Data Cleansing, proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
Working with our People and Engagement team, you will assist in administrative duties including document management (transition from paper to digital, document cleanup), data entry and filing/organizing digital or paper records. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally is required.

The essential functions of this position include 1099 vendor management and data cleansing along with documentation management, data entry and filing and organizing records. These duties require the ability to work for extended periods at a computer, review and interpret numerical and written information, and interact clearly with colleagues.
