Purpose: This position is responsible for leading purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring the effective sourcing of quality goods and services at optimal cost, with a direct impact on spending efficiency and overall financial performance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management on new business development programs.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, including obtaining and analyzing quotations based on cost, quality, and service.
- Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, inventory agreements, and performance (OTD, scorecards, SCARs, RGRs).
- Review and execute MRP purchase order recommendations for development materials and support inventory management of purchased components and raw materials.
- Coordinate product transitions to Purchasing upon completion of development.
- Create and maintain part numbers, master data, supply chain records, and the Approved Supplier List.
- Monitor market conditions impacting materials and supplier availability.
- Maintain customer Material Liability Agreements, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to document processes and workflows.
