The Role
Our client is looking for a Product Manager who can turn messy, real-world business problems into products people actually use. You'll sit at the intersection of operations, IT, and leadership — spotting opportunities, shaping the roadmap, and driving delivery as the Product Owner on Agile teams.
This isn't a "write the requirements and hand them off" role. You'll own products from first idea to launch and beyond.
What You'll Own
- The roadmap. Build and maintain a 12-month product roadmap backed by business cases, opportunity assessments, and a clear vision.
- Discovery. Dig into data and stakeholder feedback to find high-impact opportunities and define what success looks like.
- Delivery. Run the Agile playbook — user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and validating what ships.
- Relationships. Be the trusted bridge between business stakeholders, IT partners, vendors, and fellow product managers.
- The details. Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, UX), sketch wireframes, manage cross-team dependencies, and help troubleshoot when things break.
What You Bring
- 5 years in product management, with the full lifecycle under your belt — ideation through launch
- 5 years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
- A data-driven mindset: you build KPIs, not just backlogs
- Fluency in product artifacts — user stories, process flows, wireframes
- The instinct to mentor: you make the analysts and PMs around you better
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
