What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end delivery of large-scale security programs and projects- PAM, IAM, MFA, SSO. Not just steering from the sidelines, but driving outcomes, managing risk, driving change, as well as adoption.
- Traditional infrastructure programs (data centers, enterprise systems) alongside modern cloud initiatives on AWS
- Programs and Projects spanning multi-site and distributed environments, including field locations that others overlook
- Strategic vendor partnerships with 3rd party integrators with your name on delivery accountability
- Networking projects (LAN/WAN, connectivity, infrastructure upgrades) anchored in security architecture
- Cross-functional collaboration with security, infrastructure, and engineering to build platforms that actually hold up
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute program strategies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models — the right tool for the right job
- Lead enterprise deployments across corporate and field environments without losing operational alignment
- Manage vendor relationships and hold partners to delivery standards across locations
- Own OCM for major rollouts like MFA/SSO and infrastructure overhauls
- Communicate risks, status, and results to executive stakeholders ,clearly, and without surprises
- Govern budgets up to $30M with full financial accountability and ROI lens
What You Bring:
- 7–10 years leading complex IT programs across security, infrastructure, and cloud
- Real hands-on depth in IAM, PAM, MFA/ SSO program and project management not just familiarity
- AWS experience spanning migrations, infrastructure, and security integration
- Traditional infrastructure chops: data centers, on-prem servers, enterprise systems
- Networking fluency: LAN/WAN, enterprise connectivity, infrastructure upgrades (familiarity with Cisco Meraki environments a plus)
- Proven vendor management in multi-site deployments with real delivery stakes, tight timelines, change and risk management
- Comfort with ITIL, DevOps, security frameworks, and compliance environments
- Experience leading distributed teams across geographies without losing cohesion
Nice to Have (but we’ll definitely notice):
- PMP or PgMP certification
- SAFe or Agile certification
- PROSCI or change management certification

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
