You will create roadmaps, write persona-driven user stories, and collaborate with multiple sprint teams to deliver scalable solutions across internal and custom applications.
This is a high-visibility role where you will influence the organization’s product mindset—moving from task-based work to outcome-driven product ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner for Data and BI initiatives, driving the roadmap for analytics, reporting (Domo), and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
- Potentially lead product management for procurement and accounts payable (P2P) initiatives, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month executable product roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Write persona-based user stories, lead story mapping, and define KPIs/OKRs to measure success.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and build compelling business cases.
- Act as Product Owner for Agile sprint teams, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and acceptance testing.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, engineering, QA, and UX teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, including discovery, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and launch.
- Participate in SDLC processes, including API integrations, database design, and UI/UX reviews.
- Collaborate with vendors and SaaS providers on solution design and delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners and IT teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and outcomes.
- Conduct opportunity reviews, process workshops, and stakeholder meetings to drive clarity and adoption.
- Support internal sprint teams across Finance/Accounting, Data, Reporting (Domo), and custom Java/AWS/Cloud applications.
