Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Madison, MS. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries. This role will manage scheduling, maintain calendars, prepare routine correspondence, and assist with meeting coordination. Responsibilities also include filing and records management, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies. The role may support leaders with executive administrative tasks, assist with basic reporting, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative support skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Reliable clerical capabilities, including Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Professional communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication.
- Confident, courteous Phone Etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
