Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 employees, delegating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance on client properties.
- Identify and control weeds, pests, and diseases, applying appropriate treatments and recommending preventive measures as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards for chemical use and waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction and smooth workflow.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT card (assistance provided during the DOT process).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mowing or landscape maintenance.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
- Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to reliably commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.
