We’re hiring a IT Systems Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You’ll wear a few hats — handling IT support, systems administration, Salesforce configuration, and data analysis. IT Support
• Provide day-to-day support via the corporate IT help desk (phone, voicemail, and email)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, software, and peripheral equipment
• Support VOIP systems, networking, and basic client/employee IT needs
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for internal teams
• Manage hardware and software inventory
Systems Administration
• Administer and support Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive, and Zoom
• Manage access control for client and user applications
• Support Microsoft Azure configurations for internal and external clients
• Administer UKG Ready and Ultimate Software platforms (preferred)
• Handle general networking and Active Directory administration
Salesforce Administration
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform
• Build and manage Salesforce Flows for automation and process improvement
• Create reports and dashboards in Lightning Experience
• Work with Apex and Formstack for Salesforce as needed
• JavaScript experience is a plus, but not required
Data & Analytics
• Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis and modeling
• Work with BI tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Cognos BI
• Contribute to data science or analytics initiatives
• Support API, Python, and .NET development projects
• Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Customer-service mindset when working with internal staff and external clients
• Experience with Salesforce administration and Flow development
• Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with BI/data analytics tools
• Working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Programming experience (API, Python, .NET) is a plus
