IT Support Specialist

Location: Fife, WA (Onsite)
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday
Three days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Two days: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

We're seeking a customer focused IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for corporate technology infrastructure and enterprise applications. In this onsite role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide first and second level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and standard business applications.
• Support user account management, password resets, and access requests.
• Respond to and resolve IT service requests while meeting established service level agreements.
• Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and support requests within the IT service management system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when appropriate.
• Support conference room technology, audio visual equipment, and meeting room systems.
• Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, equipment replacements, and asset management.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Follow established IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support technology initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using an IT ticketing or service management system.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting distribution centers or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology is preferred but not required.
