Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget? If so, we want YOU to join our client's team! 🏗 What You'll Do :

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget
• Create and manage project schedules, progress reports, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries while ensuring proper mobilization of subcontractors
• Verify submittals, final drawings, and installed materials to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and management
• Monitor job site quality control and safety programs
• Track and manage all close-out procedures (O&M manuals, as-built plans, warranties, permits, etc.)
• Occasionally assist with estimating, bid solicitation, and business development 📋 What You Bring to the Table :
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and management
• Proven leadership with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
• Expertise in contract management, blueprint reading, and construction regulations
• Tech-savvy - experience with Microsoft Office, Project, BlueBeam, Procore (or similar software)
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week, conduct regular job site visits, and handle rapidly changing priorities 💪 What Sets You Apart :
