Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Vehicle Preparation Technician to support vehicle readiness for customer delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicles meet quality and presentation standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows direction well, and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Detail and clean vehicles in preparation for customer delivery
- Perform pre-wash services prior to detailing and final presentation
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before release
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop grounds and work areas
- Support general maintenance and upkeep of the facility as needed
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to receive direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in an automotive, detailing, or service environment preferred but not required
- Reliable work history with consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Valid Driver's License required
