We are seeking a highly skilled 8 years experienced Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist with deep experience delivering analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, exceptional analytical capability, and a proven track record supporting data‑driven decision‑making across healthcare, finance, semiconductor, and government domains.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Pivot to support KPIs, performance monitoring, and executive reporting.
Build and enhance enterprise‑level Power BI dashboards using DAX, M Script, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and web‑based reports for operational and leadership audiences.
Use SQL Server, Azure, and Synapse for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and report generation.
Collaborate with data engineers on ETL processes, data migrations, and enterprise data warehouse integrations.
Deliver analytics dashboards and reporting solutions that enable KPI tracking, performance insights, and business intelligence outcomes.
Work effectively in Agile/Kanban environments, using tools such as JIRA and Rally for sprint planning, UAT coordination, and iterative delivery.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting across multiple industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Hands‑on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and modern data platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including ETL workflows and data warehouse integrations.
Proven ability to work in fast‑paced Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
