Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Champion with 8 years of experience to drive Agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective delivery across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coaching Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and promote Agile principles, values, and best practices across teams.
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders on backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
Identify and remove blockers, impediments, and delivery risks.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and team performance.
Collaborate with Business, Product, QA, and Technology teams to improve communication and delivery.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and help teams adopt consistent Agile practices.
Work with leadership to identify process improvements and improve overall delivery efficiency.
Mentor Scrum Masters, team members, and other Agile practitioners as needed.
Salary : $50 - $60
