Freelance Real Estate Photographer / Media Specialist

MM Triad Photography is looking for a reliable, professional, and talented Freelance Real Estate Photographer to join our growing media team.

We provide high-quality real estate media services for Realtors, builders, short-term rentals, commercial properties, and residential listings across North Carolina. Our work includes MLS photography, aerial drone media, video, 3D tours, floorplans, Zillow Showcase media, virtual staging, and more.

We are looking for someone who understands that real estate photography is not just about taking pictures — it is about helping agents, homeowners, builders, and businesses market their properties with confidence.

Position Overview

As a Freelance Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing clean, bright, professional images of homes and properties while representing MM Triad Photography with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, friendly with clients, and able to follow our photography standards and workflow.

This is a freelance / independent contractor opportunity. Assignments will vary depending on location, schedule, and business demand.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Capture interior and exterior photos following MM Triad Photography standards.
• Communicate professionally with agents, homeowners, builders, and team members.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each appointment.
• Pay attention to composition, lighting, vertical lines, and property presentation.
• Make sure each property is captured fully and accurately.
• Upload or deliver media files according to company workflow.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on-site.
• Follow instructions, shot lists, and scheduling details carefully.
• Be open to feedback and ongoing training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real estate, interior, architectural, or commercial photography.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own professional camera equipment.
• Drone experience is a plus.
• FAA Part 107 certification is a plus.
• Video experience is a plus.
• Experience with Zillow 3D, iGuide, Matterport, or floorplan services is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation is paid per project and will depend on the type of assignment, experience, location, and services provided.
