MM Technics LP is German based, tier one supplier to the automotive OEM’s in South Carolina. The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified candidate to support our production operations.

Position Snapshot: Under minimal supervision, this position will maintain flow of incoming materials and handle parts produced in the manufacturing facility. The qualified candidate will continuously interact with production and logistics.

Responsibilities:

· Stage steel and aluminum coils at each stamping press using overhead crane.

· Administer movement of incoming materials.

· Monitor and track materials to prioritize and administer movement at the right times.

· Maintain accuracy in locations including labeling.

· Supply empty gaylords to presses and moving full gaylords to staging area.

· Stack/pack parts after stamping.

· Assist Press Operators as needed.

· Perform all duties according to safety guidelines

· Other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor/Plant Manager.

· Be available for flexible hours and over-time as needed.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Proven ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision

· The ability to be proactive and take-action without being asked, looking for opportunities to make a difference

· The ability to adapt to new/difficult situations

· The ability to safely operate pallet jack, forklift and overhead crane

· Ability to unload trailers using all overhead cranes and mobile equipment required

· The ability to organize workflow and focus attention on detailed requirements and tasks

· Competent computer skills and ability to comply with all facility safety and environmental rules

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position will require continuous standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, working overhead and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Frequent pushing/pulling of a moving cart and moving/lifting equipment.
