Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations
- Manage employee time tracking
- Utilize FieldEdge Management systems for efficient dispatching
- Manage Inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries from our vendors
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Implement transportation plans to optimize routes and schedules
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with FieldEdge Dispatch Management, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of transportation planning and fleet management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
