Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AWS Connect Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud architecture, automation, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Amazon Connect
- Build and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
- Automate processes and workflows using scripting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based contact center solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support cloud migration and infrastructure enhancement initiatives
- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance
Required Skills (2–3 Years)
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Architecture
- Experience in Automation and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in Scripting (Shell, Bash, or similar)
Nice to Have Skills
- Knowledge of Python
