To strengthen our motivated Maintenance Team at our Charlotte, NC plant, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager.
Your Role
- You will develop, implements and monitors regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- You will develop and implement procedures to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- You ensure proper procedure and coverage for emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- You will oversees maintenance technicians with mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- You have a minimum of at least 2 years certificate from a Technical school in Industrial Technology.
- You have already gained 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- You have team leadership experience
- You are familiar with pharmaceutical printing or the packaging industry
- You have hot work, lock out tag out, haz mat, or OSHA certification training
