What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Maintenance Technician position at MLP Ventures Group, LLC?
MLP Ventures located in the Philadelphia suburbs has several large office buildings within its portfolio. We are looking for a full time experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team working Monday through Friday day shift hours. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting and dry wall
- Knowledge with hand and power tools
- HVAC is a plus
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and come from a trade school or relevant 1-2 years in building maintenance experience
- Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
