What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make-Ready Technician position at MLP Management LLC?
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community including daily trash detail, upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interiors, exteriors and other community areas.
- Assist in the timely completion of rent readies, including painting
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the upkeep of pool maintenance including checking and maintaining pool chemical levels and cleaning of the pool
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Qualifications:
- 1 year general maintenance and grounds experience required
- Knowledgeable in all areas of light maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- 1 year multi-family experience required
- CPO preferred
