What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at MLP Management LLC?
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
- Answer telephones and internet leads
- Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
- Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
- Assist with day to day operations
- Weekends required
Qualifications of the Leasing Consultant:
- Previous Multi-Family Leasing experience
- Previous Yardi and CRM experience
- Ability to provide amazing customer service, is detailed oriented, and high energy
- Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Saturdays, 11am-4pm and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 9am-3pm
