MLP Enterprise Inc. is looking for experienced CDL A Flatbed Owner-Operators to partner with our growing operation. We are based in Memphis, TN and offer regional and OTR flatbed freight throughout the Southeast, Midwest, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Owner-Operator Compensation
Pulling an MLP Trailer
- 75% of linehaul revenue
- 100% of fuel surcharge
Bring Your Own Trailer
- 80% of linehaul revenue
- 100% of fuel surcharge
The more the load pays, the more you earn. Our percentage-based compensation gives Owner-Operators the opportunity to benefit directly from the freight they haul.

Owner-Operator Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of flatbed CDL driving experience
- Qualified tractor suitable for flatbed operations
- Acceptable driving record
- Must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- Knowledge of proper flatbed load securement
- Ability to safely secure and tarp loads as required
- Must meet MLP Enterprise equipment and insurance requirements
- Must comply with Hours-of-Service and company safety requirements
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
- Strong communication with dispatch and operations
What You'll Do
As an MLP Owner-Operator, you'll transport flatbed freight on regional and OTR routes while operating your own truck. You'll be responsible for safely securing and transporting freight, completing required inspections, maintaining DOT compliance, and communicating with our operations team throughout each load.
Our team handles freight planning, dispatch coordination, broker and customer communication, and day-to-day load support so you can focus on safely operating your truck and maximizing its productivity.
