About the Role
My Little Helper & Co LLC is seeking dependable and customer-focused drivers to join our team for the CATS Micro transit service. As a driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation to passengers across the Charlotte area. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to safety, and a genuine commitment to customer service.Key Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting individuals with disabilities, seniors, and the general public as needed.Follow assigned routes and schedules using dispatch instructions and GPS systems.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and presentable always.Qualifications
Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License.Must have been a licensed driver for at least 3 consecutive years.Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.Must be at least 21 years old.Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (as required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-service oriented with a professional and respectful demeanorPreferred Experience
Previous driving, shuttle, para transit, or transportation service experience a plus but not required.Experience working with elderly or disabled passengers.
