Position Overview:
- Full-time, permanent position within a trusted healthcare system.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a primary care setting, working alongside physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Assist in routine exams, patient assessments, and minor medical procedures.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness practices.
Primary Care LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active South Carolina LPN license.
- Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred, but not required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
